Capital Urban started out early in 2008 as a land and development agent in London & the South East Of England.

In October 2009 we were retained by a multinational corporation to source commercial properties in prime locations throughout the UK.

Following on from our success in completing our remit we have now forged links with major developers, asset & fund managers, agents and consultants.
