We have applied for the name "Capital Urban" to become a registered trademark (class number 36).

The application was made in late October 2010 and approved for publication on the 1st of November.

We received our certificate on the 18th February 2011 confirming that the trademark is officially registered for a period of 10 years under registration number 2563123 as of the 1st November 2010.
